What to do when you want to request a change to the GO GEORGE service
Do you have a suggestion or request regarding the positioning of a bus stop, timetables or bus routes? There is a procedure you can follow to bring this to our attention.
A service change request is a formal process that has been developed to investigate all system changes or refinements that have been requested from the users of the bus service and/or community in which the service operates. The purpose of this change request process is to:
- ensure that an unbiased analysis has been performed and that all impacting factors have been assessed when evaluating the requested change;
- document all decisions and comments;
- provide a process checklist to ensure that all activities have been undertaken and that all stakeholders have been consulted and/or informed.
Please be assured that complaints and requests for changes concerning the GO GEORGE bus service are of utmost importance to the George Municipality. GO GEORGE is part of our city’s vision of offering accessible transport to families, children and persons with special needs, enabling them to travel safely and affordably between their homes, work, schools, colleges, sports venues, places of worship, shops and health and social care services.
