Zaba Street

The Zaba Street comic strip depicts characters from a part of town where the bus service has not been rolled out yet, but awaited by the residents with much anticipation. The series was developed with the purpose of preparing and “educating” these residents for the eventual roll-out of the service, since most of them are not familiar with a scheduled bus service.

The comical character is a chicken named Drumstick. His biggest wish is to ride on a GO GEORGE bus, but since no animals other than service dogs are allowed on the buses, his plans are squashed frequently. But he finds a way to become an important part and parcel of the bus service.
