Extra trips added to main routes during morning and afternoon peak

#Covid-19

Starting today, 7 July 2021

To help curb the current rise in COVID-19 infections under adjusted lockdown level 4 and to encourage social distancing on the buses, additional trips have been added temporarily onto the busiest routes on the GO GEORGE network during the morning peak period between 06:00 and 08:00, as well as the afternoon peak period between 16:00 and 18:00.

This will only make a difference to passengers’ safety if you decide NOT to board the full bus, but to rather wait for the next bus that will arrive shortly.

The affected routes are summarised below – more details of where in the schedule the extra trips will be provided will follow as soon as an assessment of the first few days has been made.
