GO GEORGE aims to provide a scheduled, accessible, reliable, safe and affordable public transport service for the community of George. Transporting about 11 000 passengers per day on 17 different routes all over town, may unfortunately leave room for a disappointed passenger or two, a system glitch or an unintentional mistake by bus staff.
GO GEORGE welcomes feedback and complaints as it enables us to improve the system and the service. For any complaint to be followed up and addressed effectively, please make sure that you provide as much of the following information as possible:
- Date and time
- Route name or number, eg. M7 CBD-Mall
- Fleet number of bus
- Bus stop name and number
- Location, e.g. corner of Market and York Street
We appreciate complaints being brought to our attention directly so that we may investigate or address them right away.
