GO GEORGE runs on a network of different routes – main and community routes – which intersect at certain bus stops. You might have to change over to another bus, in the same way that you would previously have caught more than one taxi in order to reach your final destination.
A community route is usually circular and runs through specific suburbs only, connecting that suburb to main routes at connecting bus stops.
Main routes run all over town and connect all the different areas, meaning you can, for example, travel from Pacaltsdorp to Blanco by making the necessary transfers on your way.
