Most passengers who use the new GO GEORGE Smart Card are confident by now and know exactly what to do when they board the bus.
Here and there, some passengers still feel a bit uncertain about exactly where to hold the card in front of the card reader.
When the card is not held in the correct position or is taken away too quickly, two trips sometimes get deducted with the second try. This is not a system fault and can be prevented by rather doing it right the first time.
