Tiny tots becoming bus wise

Eden Pre-primary bus trip

A new generation of bus-wise tots is being raised in George. Numerous nursery schools, crèches and pre-primary classes have incorporated GO GEORGE into their transport curriculum, taking the little ones on a bus trip for practical experience.

GO GEORGE has staff ready to assist teachers in planning and arranging these trips so that the children may board a bus near their schools, if possible, and to fit in with the fixed bus schedule. A staff member or two will always accompany the groups to supply interesting information about the bus service and answer any questions. The interesting kind of question that comes up during such a trip, is whether the on-board cameras will see if you pick your nose?

Anyone needing help with planning such an outing is welcome to phone the GO GEORGE Call Centre on 0800 044 044 or send an email to info@gogeorge.org.za.
