Reduced service focused on essential services staff during lockdown

GO GEORGE wants to encourage the public to stay at home to ensure an effective outcome to the national lockdown. If you do have to leave your house, make alternative arrangements for transport as far as possible – public transport remains a high-risk environment for the spreading of the Covid-19 virus. USING THE BUS SERVICE SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT.

GO GEORGE will be providing a reduced service on our main routes, focused on essential services staff, from 05:00 – 09:00 and 16:00 – 20:00 daily, as instructed by the Minister of Transport earlier tonight.

Take note: no service between 09:00 and 16:00. Shopping for essentials should be done close to where you live, as far as possible.

More details will be provided tomorrow morning as soon as it has been approved by all role-players.
